Father
And Gun (commonly abbreviated as F´N´G) is a band from
Graz - Austria. These guys know how to hit the nail on the head!
Like similar traditional hardcore bands their music carries a
message that is equipped with personal lyrics. 13 tracks for
underdogs, broken hearts and dead end kids! These guys are rough
and solid. Their music is for fans of Modern Life is War, Dead
Hearts, Defeater ...Their International sound (mastered by Alan
Douche/West
West Side) is full of change and sincerity. This is

…is melodic
punk/hardcore from Ocean County, NJ. They are
also a
JUMPSTART band like GIVING CHASE and ASTPAI. OWC is a live monster
– uncountable shows and tours without a break. All the while
with the same goal: to play genuine, honest music infused with
energy and aggression to deliver a positive, powerful message.

...
(commonly abbreviated as F&G) is a GRAZian, modern hardcore
punk band from Austria. It was started as a project and is a
mixture between new young energy and traditional old spirit. Some
call it modern hardcore. Members from local bands like Bounz The
Ball, The Minute Between and Paid For Reality meet the next
generation of young fucked up hardcore kids to write songs and go
on tour again. F&G hope they can make some people feel less
alone and motivate them to think for themselves, be themselves and
take action or create a band, too! Their (Grazian) hardcore is
more than music…and it is their only way to glory!
F&G recorded their first 7 songs they have ever written in 2008. After their first shows in Austria and a common minitour with Heartbreak Kid from Germany in 2008, Father And Gun announced they had signed with RiseOrRust Records Austria and will release their debut songs on THIS common split record with One Win Choice (Jumpstart Records/USA) with support from partners like SUPERHERO/SWEEL CREEK Records (Ger/Nl) and JUMPSTART Rec.(USA).
